Terms of Use

What you can expect from this site, and what we expect back. No hidden clauses, no defensive prose.

Last updated: 25 August 2026

1 · Scope

This page applies to revalcrown.com and anyone who visits it. Revalcrown operates the site from Kuala Lumpur under Malaysian law. If you keep reading, you are working within these terms.

2 · What you may do here

Read anything. Quote us with a link back. Send a page to a colleague. What we ask you not to do is automate mass extraction of the site, interfere with how it runs for other people, present yourself as connected to Revalcrown when you are not, or republish our material commercially without asking first. A short email usually gets a yes.

3 · Ownership of what you see

The writing, layout, illustrations, code and research on this site belong to Revalcrown unless another owner is named. Client brands, logos and screenshots stay the property of those clients; they appear here as a factual record of work we delivered, shown with their knowledge.

4 · Opinion, not counsel

Our articles, teardowns and free audits describe how we see a problem. They are professional judgement, not regulated advice. Before you act on anything with legal, tax or financial consequences, take it to someone licensed to advise on it.

5 · When we work together

A live engagement runs on its own paperwork: the proposal or statement of work we sign with you sets the scope, the price, the dates and what gets handed over. Where that document and this page disagree, the signed document wins. Scoping calls and audits carry no charge and no commitment in either direction.

6 · What we will and will not promise

We stand behind the quality of what we build and the dates we commit to. We will not promise a ranking, a conversion rate or a revenue figure, because those depend on markets, competitors and platform decisions none of us controls. Numbers shown on this site record what happened on specific projects. Read them as evidence of how we work, not as a forecast for yours.

7 · Things we link to

Some pages point outward, and some embed tools we did not build, such as scheduling or messaging widgets. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy practices. We choose them carefully; we cannot answer for them.

8 · Where liability stops

So far as Malaysian law allows, Revalcrown is not answerable for indirect or knock-on losses that follow from using this website. Some liability cannot be signed away, and we do not attempt to.

9 · Personal data

Everything about what we collect and why sits in the Privacy Policy. Treat it as part of this page.

10 · Law and venue

Malaysian law governs these terms. Anything that cannot be settled between us goes to the courts of Kuala Lumpur.

11 · Revisions

We rewrite this page when the business changes, and the version at this address is always the one in force. If something here reads badly or seems wrong, tell us through the contact form and we will fix it.
